Software makes Collection Happen

Because of Langenberg Law’s unique approach to collections of delinquent accounts which includes in-house investigation of delinquent debtors and an assertive approach to collections,
Langenberg Law established a track record of success in collections. After making a name in collections, we expanded our legal services to include governance and all other areas of legal representation needed by community associations.

Collections is a vital part for community associations to properly run because delinquent accounts can strain the association’s resources and hinder its ability to provide essential services to its community and maintain community standards.

With the help of the software Langenberg Law has been able to develop its own unique individualized process to assist communities to recover delinquent assessments and be mindful to also collect the reimbursement of the legal fees and costs.
