E. Margriet Langenberg is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and brings 18 years of experience representing community associations. Her proactive approach and familiarity with association governing documents encompass all facets of community association law. Margriet possesses comprehensive knowledge of financial statements and budgets crucial for effective representation. She provides high-quality, responsive, efficient, and cost-effective legal services for community associations. Margriet consistently advises board of directors on governance matters and challenges.

Alongside her team, Margriet formulated a successful process for recovering delinquent accounts. As part of that process she works diligently so that the Association is reimbursed its legal fees and costs it had to expend.
